Can Bears Be Sporty or Well-Cultured? Traditional Cache

We're getting ready for the 'Basics of Driving in the Dunes' event coming up in December and hiding some caches hoping to encourage even more cachers to come to this area and to take part in the event.​

Last one to be set today along this road. This one should be easy to find and shouldn't be too many muggles about. It doesn't seem to be an often used Sports and Cultural Center. It does seem to need some upkeep if it is still used.
