Another section of trail for the Raleigh greenway system. Approximately 1.5 miles along the creek between Raven Ridge and Durant Roads. It’s a nice easy trail with a few ups and downs and long flat sections along the creek. Lined with distance markers from Raven Ridge Road. Easy parking on Raven Ridge. There is a small steep, rough area for parking on the south end at Honeycutt at Durant Road, it can be difficult to get out. Park at your own risk on Honeycutt. This is an archery hunting area, please review the posted signs for hunting seasons and precautions, there is no hunting on Sundays. The hints and/or title should get you to GZ, but please feel free to post alternate coords. Please replace all exactly as found. Enjoy the easy hike and views along the creek! This is an easy one to start off the trail. Please return to center position for best protection.
