We start at 6am,

FTF drawing at 6:15am.

Gift exchange starts at 6:45 and continues until everyone has a gift.  Latecomers may still get into the exchange until 7am.  This is a white elephant gift exchange.  Everyone should bring a wrapped gift.  It can be something new, or even something used.  It can come from the store or from your home or ?????  No names should be written on your gift.  They will be gifen away by random drawing.  When your name is chosen, you have the option of taking an unwrapped item or taking one that someone else has already opened.  IF someone takes a gift from you then you may take another unopened gift or take another opened gift (Sorry, no stealing the one you just lost).

Person to draw first will be decided by whoever is the FTF!  FTF  will be drawn from all the names in at 6:15.

Once a "gift" has been "stolen" 3 times it is no longer available to be taken, and that "lucky" person is stuck--er--gets to keep it.  Once everyone has a gift, the person who went first gets to keep what they have or take any of the items already opened--YES, even if it has been taken 3 times already.  YUP!!!  That item you thought was yours after the third steal may still be lost!

There will be a couple of extra gifts in case somebody shows up without one.
