The Kinzua Cachers will again be hosting the Winterfest Geomeet at Yurt Number 1 in the Chapman State Park campground. The geomeet will begin at 10:30 AM and you will have about 2 hours to mingle with your fellow geocachers in the Yurt or hang out around a campfire taking advantage of lots of opportunities to swap geocaching stories or get a hint about your most recent nemesis cache.
There will be lots of fun caching to do in the park and lots of good food available to help us all brave the elements. There will be the usual travel bug exchange and lots of good companionship around the campfire outside the yurt.
This is The Tenth Annual Winterfest Geomeet.

The coordinates above are for the YURT in the campground where the registration for the geomeet will take place. Load additional waypoints for suggested parking for the geomeet.
NOTE: Due To Possible Conflict With The Sled Dogs
Please Do Not Bring Geodogs to This Event.
The schedule of events is:
9:00-10:30 AM Intro to Geocaching for new cachers at Yurt Number 1 in the campground. Come out and help a new geocacher learn about caching and start a new obsession.
10:30 AM -12:30 PM Socialize and stop by the geocaching table in YURT Number 1.
