IC1 Here in Hill Park Traditional Cache

This cache is a tribute to one of my old geocaching buddies, IC1, who used to make the KC area his home.  He had a cache here, and I'm bringing one back in his honor.

This is not quite a nano.  Nor it is a micro.  It's somewhere in between, maybe a "nicro" or a "mano."  It's hidden in the most obvious spot possible, and I'm certian your caching senses will tell you right where to look.
