I started it out with a trackable coin, some GEO-swag and a pencil. Oh yeah and the log. And some stickers.
Since pens and pencils don't last long sometimes, you should probably bring your own.
There's no magnet, the cache is attached so don't yank it off the host, just remove what you want and put it back in proper order. You should be able to do this from the concrete.
