Geocache Description:

Agua Caliente had hot springs which were considered theraputical by the local Indians. In 1873 it became popular with the white people and they came from all over to enjoy the benefits of the hot waters. To protect the business the owners defended the place with a dynamite. What is left of Agua Caliente is the Hotel, the ruins of the stone house and one swimming pool in which the hot water was collected and used by the visitors. The Hotel was built in 1897 and had 22 room and swimming pool.
