At Stage One, you will find a Veteran's Memorial dedicated by the City of Watauga.
The Memorial contains several elements, all of which are within eyesight of the initial Coordinates. Looking around, you will see everything that you need to be able to plug the proper numbers in below to solve for the final coordinates.
The final is a very short walk from Stage One. Have fun!
