The eve before Christmas was filled with much glee,
With mountains of presents hiding under the tree.
The Grinch wasn't happy with all Christmas cheer,
"I need to destroy this" He said with a sneer.
With NoVA Children asleep in thier beds,
Visions of cache's dancing in thier heads,
The Grinch snuck into all of the houses,
Quiter than any of the mouses
Presents he took with each stop he made,
Even into refrigerators did the Grinch raid.
Upon his makeshift sled a great pile grew,
With none of the NoVA children left with a clue.
Then just as the Grinch was about to drive off,
He heard what he swore must have been someone cough.
So he looked all around to see what was there,
Then a small voice spoke up "Do you not care?"
The Grinch looked down on the child with snarly glean,
But the child spoke again, "Why are you so mean?"
Suddenly discovered he worried the King Cacher would see,
So the Grinch lept upon on his sled so he could flee.
The sled made it's trek all over the ground,
The Grinch wrecklessly driving so he wouldn't be found.
So intent on his escape that the Grinch didn't know,
What was happening to the gifts as he refused to go slow.
The sled was now going faster than a mile a minute,
And the Grinch didn't know that presents weren't in it.
Behind the haphazard trail the Grinch has driven,
Lay scattered all the presents other people had given.
With caches and gifts spread over the region,
This was going to be a unique holiday season.
On Christmas Morning all Nova Girls and Boys,
Would have to go hunting to find all thier toys.
