This area can be accessed from the Wheeler Camp Spring parking area. No need to hop fences as there are plenty of gates to access. You may have to search for a few. Or if you wish start from one of the bike trails from the town of Blue Diamond. Getting to the top of the closest hill will give you a great view of the town.
This one is a bit more challenging of a hike.
