Romeo and Juliet Mystery Cache

Cache is not at the posted coords.  This is not a kayak cache.  There is no need to enter the canal or get wet.  Solve the puzzle to get the real coordinates. Don't waste your love on somebody, who doesn't value it. - W.S.

The cache is placed along the new section of the Erie Canalway Trail between  Lockport and Pendelton.  The cache should be accessed from the trail.  Just follow the trail until you get close.  You will only have to venture off the paved trail a short distance.  Terrain is rated a two and that may be generous.  I have rated the Difficulty a three and a half.  I may increase that due to feed back from solvers and those that are having great difficulty solving the puzzle.  No hints now but I may add them later.
