Letmathe ist ein Stadtteil von Iserlohn in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland.
Die Stadt Iserlohn liegt im Nordwesten des Sauerlands und gehört zum Märkischen Kreis
Letmathe liegt im unteren Lennetal in einem von Massenkalk durchzogenen Gebirge. Der tiefste Punkt ist die Lenne an der Stadtgrenze zu Hagen-Hohenlimburg, die höchste Erhebung der Hilkenhohl bei Lössel.
Anfang der 1930er wurde die 14 Morgen große „Klusenwiese“ in einen Park umgestaltet und 1934 eröffnet. Anfangs „Schlageterpark“ genannt, heißt der Park seit 1945 „Volksgarten“. Das erste Letmather Altenheim entstand 1946 in der Villa des Unternehmers Wilhelm Ebbinghaus an der Oeger Straße.
1954 beschlossen die Gemeinden Oestrich und Lössel, mit der Stadt Letmathe eine neue Stadt Letmathe zu bilden. Doch erst am 1. Oktober 1956 wurde die neue Stadt Letmathe gegründet, allerdings musste die Gemeinde Oestrich große Teile an Iserlohn abtreten. 1975 wurde Letmathe ein Stadtteil von Iserlohn. Im Rahmen der Neugliederung der Gemeinden und Kreise des Neugliederungsraumes Sauerland/Paderborn schlossen sich Iserlohn, Letmathe, Hennen, Kesbern und Sümmern zur neuen Stadt Iserlohn zusammen.
