This cache is a small bottle in the end of a guardrail. Bring a pen to sign the log. There's a nice pulloff spot right in front of the cache.
Here's another smiley face in another smiley place. My wife finds all these spots by use of her aerial drone. We actually passed some of these structures by today to save for future spots, but not this one. After finding the cache and signing in, see if you can spot the namesake. It's not a requirement, it's just fun.
