This cache is put out in response to Tilly's WinTer Friendly (WTF) cache challenge

Thanks to TilleyHat for starting this series. Even though it is raining right now, soon I think it MUST start actually snowing in Rochester!!

This should be a simple cache and dash. We spend quite a bit of time and money at this location!
