The cache is not at the posted coordinates. This cache is using a wireless beacon called the ©Chirp. The chirp is at the posted coordinates. The chirp is constantly broadcasting the cache coordinates, and you must have a compatible Garmin GPS to receive the broadcast.
Some compatible GPSr's are: Montana,, Etrex Touch 35, Etrex 30x, Monterra, Oregon, Rino, Montana, Dakota, GPSMap64, etc. Some may require you to download an update.
You should approach the beacon slowly to give it time to lock on to your GPS. The chirp will send a waypoint to your GPS containing the coordinates of the cache. You must press "GO" in order for it to actually be stored on your GPS as a waypoint. That way if you get interrupted and need to go back to finding the cache, you will find the waypoint stored in your waypoint list with the name "The Chirp".
The cache is nearby and is a small container containing a log, a few of my pathtags, and a FTF coin. Please bring a pen or pencil for logging.
For those without a compatible GPS, you can still play but you must solve a puzzle to get the coordinates to the cache. The cache is at the location N44 70.1325, W068 44.1344 but the minutes are in the wrong format. That's for you to solve.
