What a Hoot! Traditional Cache

This cache is very functional in its placement for obvious reasons when it;s discovered. These critters are found at yacht harbors in abundance and other places where they can serve their purpose. One will have to elevate their thinking on this hide-about 40 ft elev.

Parking is great for this hide. In fact it is a parking lot but don't be too grounded on this one. If you grab it quickly, parking is free. Drive or jump the stairs it's a choice. There are a few muggles with a view so use a little stealth.
