DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS or MAPQUEST, etc. to get to this cache. It will steer you wrong and take you to the part of the park that's across the river. Take PACIFIC St. next to HOLIDAY that goes between the DEPOT and the old ARMORY. Follow that road down to the end and you'll see a CITY PARK sign.
