Birds Eye View Traditional Cache

Today Girl Scout Troop 10844 set out to earn their geocaching patch. Along the way, they traded swag with items they made. The day would not have been complete without hiding one of their very own caches. This is in honor of their day and hopes that you enjoy finding this. 

**UPDATE** As of May 2018 the cache is there and in good shape. The path along the lake has a bunch of fallen trees so please be careful. Hurricane Irama can still be felt.

This is a nice little hike with other caches along the way. This one is right off the lake and trail. 

Admission is charged to enter Markham Park on weekends and holidays only.
$1.50 per person (ages 6 and up)
$8 maximum charge per car or van (nine occupants or fewer)
$20 maximum charge per commercial/school bus.

Park Hours:
Winter - Seven days a week, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., beginning the last Sunday in October.
Summer - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., beginning the first Sunday in April.

Dogs are allowed as long as they are on a 6 foot leash.
Or they can run free in Barkham at Markham Dog Park.
