In conjunction with GC690E8 "Fill Your Grid With Pie" Event. A Leap Day cache to fill those pesky uncommon squares. Not quite a P&G but, not necessarily not one either. (Does that make sense?)
A little project over winter '15 - '16. Mr. Phoenix had some fun testing the new tools and we hope you enjoy the novelty of this one. Should be a pretty easy find. Difficulty depends on the approach, (Cache Difficulty is based on lower approach). Fill a grid square or two with a cache placed on Feb 29th and found on Feb 29th. And it will earn you a souvenir if you log it found between Feb 27 and Feb 29, 2016.
