Geocache Description:

Indiana Jones Cache #46

Henry Jones, Sr.:  Those people are trying to kill us!
Indiana Jones:  I know, Dad!
Henry:  It's a new experience for me.
Indiana:  Happens to me all the time.

          Where you from?  Where you going?

          Today, I realized about 10:45pm that I still hadn't gotten my daily (297 of 365/366).  Holy smokes, I gotta find something fast!  The Mrs. wanted to "go on a journey."  "OK, well I've been saving one down the street for bad weather."  "Down the street?!  C'mon, somewhere farther."  "OK, let's hit Guthrie..."

          15 minutes later with the Mrs. and our two dogs in the car . . . "How is there nothing on north bound I-35???"  So, north up Division Street we went, and I found my cache.  "Dear," the wife says, "You know if we stay another 30 minutes you can just grab your cache for tomorrow too."  (This is why I love this woman.  True, she probably just wanted to stay out.  But I'm going to assume she had nothing but me in mind).  "Smart thinking, Hon.  I have a cache in the back I can place.  I want to go up to Noble Rd/Hwy 33 and I-35 and see why there are no caches on the east side of the Interstate."

          Holy smokes!  Cue Handel's Hallelujah chorus!  "That's a new Love's!  How long has that been here?  Tons of people stop at Love's!  Oh, it's going there somewhere...."

          So, here we are: Indiana Jones #46.  I love those old throwback movie montages of Indy traveling via car or plane merged with the map background and traveling line.  Here's my little tribute to those.  This cache is also dedicated to:
          * Those needing a quick cache Off/On -I-35.
          * Those lovely souls all across the U.S. placing similar caches at a Love's near them (A special shout out to I-40 placers!).
          * Those needing a stretch of the legs or a potty break . . . and a cache.
          * Geocaching parents . . . stopping for the umpteenth potty break ("Boy! Can't you hold your liquid?!")

          This one's easy peasy, just a short walk from parking. Indy's hiding in the bushes.  Log only, so B.Y.O.P. . . . and tweezers wouldn't hurt if you got 'em.  Take a break, find the cache, and buy some beef jerky, pork rinds, and a Monster Energy drink for the miles ahead until you reach the next Love's cache (and don't forget to take care of all of your Christmas shopping). Thanks for looking!
