ICD stands for Internation Statistical Classification of Diseases, and it is used in the medical and insurance world to code for diseases, sign and symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury or diseases.  The current version, ICD-10 was developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1992, it was not adopted by the United States until October 1, 2015.   While the prior classification (ICD-9) had 14,000 unique codes, ICD-10 has over 70,000 codes, so when they say they have a code for practically everything, they mean it.

To solve this puzzle, you will need to look up the following bizarre ICD-10 codes.  For each code, you want to use the final digit in the code.   While there are many places online to look these codes up, your best bet is Medicare (CMS.GOV).   For instance, if you were to look up "Swimming Pool of Prison as the place of Occurrence of the External Cause", you would see the ICD-10 for this is Y92.146, so for purposes of this puzzle, the "6"  would be what you would want to use with this puzzle.  If there are alpha characters at the end, you ignore those and pick the last numeric digit.
