Max Cacher: Hello

I noticed this cache while going through all the ones that have been made temporarily unavailable for more than 30 days and archiving them so they will either be fixed or taken off this status , this is something I do every month, when you are ready just email be back and I will unarchive it. You would be surprised how many caches there are like this. And lets be real here if someone can’t fix it in the cache in 30days “well”.

We can not hold this location for you if someone else wants to place a cache there

I do appreciate all the work you have been doing to make this a better sport.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the Ijams Nature Center, a very nice natural area on the south side of the river.

We're back up and running!! Unfortunately, the original cache container, along with the travel bugs, is gone. The cache has been moved about 100 feet to allow for better hiding.
Rasta loves it here. If you’ve got a dog, we’ll bet they will too. The cache is located about 25 feet off of a marked trail. Please note—there is no bushwhacking required. The trail does meander through the woods and occasionally it will head off in the wrong direction, but eventually it will get you there.

They hold a lot of concerts at the pavilion on the weekends in the summer (during the evening), and finding a place to park can be a challenge. If you can, take the time to explore . . . there are a lot of nice walking trails, a visitor/education center, and a lengthy paved greenway.

Cache is a clear plastic container with a green lid.
