Catkin&Golden: One last note on the hack in Lobby 7, especially for those of us who have found 17 Days of Mystery! and/ or 17 -

Turns out that the residents of the MIT dorm Random Hall consider 17:17:17 to be the most random time in the day, and they did gather in Lobby 7 to celebrate the dorm's birthday. The cake affixed to the ceiling didn't turn out to be a piñata though...

Archiving this now that the full story has been told (at least the public version [;)]). Thanks again to everyone who attended!

Geocache Description:

Leaping with joy at the opportunity for Leap Day caching? Join us at noon in MIT's lobby 7, 77 Massachusetts Ave, for a meet & greet event to honor this special day!

We will gather inside at 12 noon. Walk up the main steps at 77 Mass Ave, and into the lobby, where you will find your event host sitting at one of the small tables to your right. You will recognize her by her collection of trackables.

A group photo will be taken at 12:30, after which you might choose to find some of the caches around campus, or to grab some lunch at MIT's student center across Mass Ave.
