It's a leap year!
The special leap day souvenir is only available if you attend an event on this day. Being a weekday, it's hard for many people to drive all over the county to be somewhere, so this is convenient for those on the East side.
Come by between 5:30-6:00pm. I'll have cookies! When the cookies are gone, that's it, unless you want to bring your own to share. And you can still be home in time for dinner (with a little less room in the belly.)
Coordinates are approximate. In the off chance we actually have snow and it's piled up here, I'll be somewhere nearby.
