Partschinser GuN-Event 2016 Event Cache

Die Grundidee ist weiterhin dieselbe wie aus dem Jahre 2015. Das Event ist auf (G)eschichte, (u)nd (N)atur sowie Tradition aufgebaut. Weiterhin im Fokus steht natürlich unser Hobby, das Geocaching. Der Inhalt und die Location sind in diesem Jahr jedoch komplett anders.

Das Event findet am bzw. rund um das Schutzhaus Hochgang auf 1839 Höhenmetern am Partschinser Sonnenberg statt. Hier befindet ihr euch im Herzen unseres Spielfeldes, der Natur! Ihr werden in den Tagen einige bereits vorhandene, aber auch neue Geocaches finden, neue Cacher kennenlernen, euch austauschen und natürlich auch den einen oder anderen TB/GC erobern.

Hier ein grober Einblick in die geplante Veranstaltung:

Freitag, 15.07.2015:
- 17:00-18:00 - Anreise, Anmeldung, Zelte aufstellen oder Zimmer beziehen, allgemeine Informationen zum und rund ums Event

danach gemeinsam:
- Gemeinsamer Abend am Lagerfeuer, bei welchen wir über unser Hobby und unsere Erfahrungen und Ausflüge diskutieren können. Dazu gibt es eine Mahlzeit der Traditionellen Südtiroler Küche, den „Schwarzplentenen Riebel“.

Samstag, 16.07.2015:
Für die Wanderfreunde:
- 08:30-16:00 – gemeinsame, geführte Wanderung zum bekannten und sehr beliebten Spronser Seen Plateau (Höchster Punkt ca. 2650 Höhenmeter). Hier werdet ihre einige, sehr verschiedene Caches finden. Sowohl Tradis als auch Mysterys und ECs liegen auf der Strecke.

Für die Hüttenfreunde:
- Verschiedene zur Verfügung stehende Spiele, Spannung und Spaß. Ich werde hierfür auch spezielle Spiele, welche auf das Geocaching abstimmen organisieren (Petling-Weitwurf usw.). Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Geocaching Trödlermarkt, bei welchem jeder seine Utensilien tauschen bzw. untereinandern verkaufen kann.
- Kinderkochkurs mit Annelies

danach gemeinsam:
- Gemeinsamer Abend am Lagerfeuer, bei welchen wir über unser Hobby und unsere Erfahrungen und Ausflüge diskutieren können. Dazu gibt es eine Mahlzeit der Traditionellen Südtiroler Küche, den „Muas“.
- Gemeinsames Lagerfeuer mit einem passenden Vortrag zum Meraner Höhenweg und dem Naturpark Texelgruppe, damit ihr auch wisst, wo ihr euch hier beim geocachen befindet und wie ihr die Natur beim Spielen beachten solltet.

Sonntag, 17.07.2015:
Für die Wanderfreunde:
- 05:00-09:30 – gemeinsame Sonnenaufgangswanderung mit Sektfrühstück zur Hohen Wiege am Meraner Höhenweg. Hier darf natürlich ein Cache, direkt an der Hohen Wiege nicht fehlen um den Tag gut zu beginnen. Auf den Weg dorthin, werdet ihr zudem noch 1-2 weitere Caches loggen können.

danach gemeinsam: Klatsch & Tratsch, Travelbug Tauschstunde und Vortsetzung des Geocaching Trödlermarktes.

12:00-13:00 - Verabschiedung der Teilnehmer

Anders als bei der 1. Veranstaltung müssen sich die Teilnehmer dieses Mal die Verpflegung und auch die Unterkunft selbst organisieren (alles am Schutzhaus vorhanden, Informationen und Preise auf Anfrage beim Owner).
Bereits organisiert ist, dass wir direkt am Schutzhaus Zelten können (bringt hierfür euer eigenes Zelt mit). Die Zelte müsst ihr natürlich nicht hochhieven. Diese können vorab mit der Materialseilbahn des Schutzhauses von Partschins aus nach oben gebracht werden. Treffpunkt hierfür ist 12:00-13:00Uhr an den angegebenen Koordinaten „Seilbahn Hochgang“ (N 46° 41.585 E 011° 05.035).

Wer jedoch lieber ein Zimmer am Schutzhaus beziehen will, bitte dies über den Owner anfragen. Prinzipiell stehen ausreichend Mehrbettzimmer zur Verfügung. Wer hingegen Einzel/Doppelzimmer wünscht, diese sind begrenzt, daher bitte so schnell als möglich mitteilen. (Listenpreis für die Übernachtung mit Frühstück 34€/Person)

Die Verpflegung ist auch kein Problem, es wird eine sehr gute, traditionelle Küche.

Für das gesamte Wochenende erhalten die Geocacher am Schutzhaus einen Preisnachlass von 10% auf Übernachtung und Verpflegung!!

Die Teilnahme am Event und vor allem an den Wanderungen passiert auf eigene Gefahr. Es wird uns ein offizieller Wanderführer vom örtlichen Tourismusverein bzw. vom Naturpark begleiten, trotzdem ist jeder für sein eigenes Handeln verantwortlich.

Das Schutzhaus könnt ihr wie folgt erreichen (Startkoordinaten unter den Wegpunkten)

1. In ca. 1,5h und 300 Höhenmeter von der Leiter Alm (hier müsst ihr vorab den Korblift von Vellau zur Leiter Alm benutzen)
2. In ca. 2h und 500 Höhenmeter von Vellau oder aber
3. In ca. 3,5h und 1100 Höhenmetern von Partschins aus

Um eine gute Organisation garantieren zu können ist das Datum des Anmeldeschlusses auf den 30.06.2016 festgelegt.

Die Anmeldung wird erst bestätigt, nachdem das Formular zur persönlichen Gefahrenübernahme ausgefüllt und zurückgesendet wurden (dies wird euch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zugeschickt).

Es wird sicherlich auch 2016 wieder ein riesen Spaß und ich freue mich schon auf euer kommen. Unser Hobby, das Geocaching sollte auch an diesen 3 Tagen absolut im Mittelpunkt stehen. Dafür möchte ich euch einen Teil unseres Spielfeldes, nämlich den Naturpark Texelgruppe etwas näher bringen.

ACHTUNG: Es wird laufend Neuigkeiten zum Event geben. Diese werde ich über eine Ankündigung mitteilen. Ansonsten findet ihr das Partschinser GuN-Event auch auf Facebook. Bei offenen Fragen, meldet euch einfach.

L'idea di base è sempre lo stesso, come nel 2015. L'evento include storia, natura e tradizione. L'attenzione principale naturalmente riguarda il nostro hobby, il Geocaching. Tuttavia, il contenuto e la locazione sono completamente diversi quest'anno.

L'evento si svolge a 1839 metri sul livello del mare sul così chiamato Partschinser Sonnenberg intorno al Rifugio Valico. Qui ci si trova nel cuore del nostro campo di gioco, la natura! In questi giorni troverete alcuni cache già esistenti, ma anche di quelli nuovi. In piú conoscerete altri cacher, si discute sul nostro hobby e, naturalmente, si possono scambiare anche uno o l`altro TB / GC.

Ecco una visione approssimativa nell'evento previsto:

Venerdi, 15.07.2015:
- 17:00-18:00 - Arrivo, registrazione, montare le vostre tende o preparare le camere, informazioni generali sull'evento

poi insieme:
- Serata a fuoco aperto, in cui possiamo discutere del nostro hobby e le nostre esperienze ed escursioni. C'è anche un pasto tradizionali della cucina altoatesina, il "Schwarzplentener Riebel".

Sabato, 16.07.2015:
Per gli escursionisti:
- 08:30-16:00 – escursione, comune e guidata al famoso e molto popolare piana dei laghi Sopranes (punto più alto circa 2650 metri di altitudine). Qui durante la giornata troverete alcuni cache, molto carini e vari. Ci sono sia tradizionali che mystery ed anche un EC.

Per gli amici di rifugio:
- Diversi giochi disponibili, emozioni e divertimento. Ho intenzione di fare giochi speciali riferiti al Geocaching (Lancio di petling, ecc.); Inoltre, c'è facciamo un piccolo mercatino delle pulci di Geocaching, in cui tutti possono scambiare o vendere I propri utensili ad altri partecipanti.
- I bambini faranno un corso di cucina con Annelies.

poi insieme:
- Serata a fuoco aperto, in cui possiamo discutere del nostro hobby e le nostre esperienze ed escursioni. C'è anche un pasto tradizionali della cucina altoatesina, il "Muas".
- fuoco aperto comune con una presentazione di corrispondenza alla Alta Via di Merano e il Parco Naturale Gruppo di Tessa, in modo da sapere anche dove vi trovate faccendo geocaching e come si dovrebbe notare la natura durante il gioco.</</p>

Domenica, 17.07.2015:
Per gli escursionisti:
- 05:00-09:30 – escursione comune all'alba con colazione con champagne sull'Alta Via di Merano alla così chiamata “Hohe Wiege”. Naturalmente troverete una cache, direttamente alla “Hohe Wiege” per iniziare bene la giornata. Durante il sentiero ci saranno 1-2 altri cache da trovare.

poi insieme: Gossip, ora di cambio Travelbug e si continua con il mercatino delle pulci per il Geocaching.

12:00-13:00 - addio ai partecipanti

A differenza del primo evento, i partecipanti questa volta devono organizzarsi sia il mangiare che l`alloggio se stessi (tutto disponibile presso il rifugio, dettagli e prezzi su richiesta tramite owner).
È già organizzato, che possiamo campeggiare con le tende direttamente presso il rifugio. Pure ho organizzato che le tende non devono essere portate a mano ma ci sarà il loro funicolare a portarle. Punto d'incontro per portare le tende (solo tende) sono le 12-13 del 15.07.2015 presso le coordinate specificate „Seilbahn Hochgang“ (N 46° 41.585 E 011° 05.035).

Tuttavia, se si preferisce un camera presso il Rifugio potete prenotarla tramite l`Owner. In linea di principio sono sufficientemente camera condivisa (con piú letti) disponibile. Chi preferisce una camera singola / doppia, questi sono limitati, quindi si prega di farmi sapere il prima possibile cosi che possiamo prenotarle. (prezzo di listino per il prenottamento e prima colazione sono 34€/persona)

C`é pure un`ottima cucina tradizionale, così che volendo non dovete neanche portarvi da mangiare.

Per tutti e 3 i giorni i geocacher nel rifugio ricevono uno sconto del 10% sia sulla ristorazione che sul prenottamento!!

La partecipazione all`Event soprattutto le escursioni avvengono a proprio rischio. Ci accompagnerà una guida escursionistica ufficiale locale o dal Parco Naturale, ma ognuno è responsabile delle proprie azioni.

Il rifugio si raggiunge nei modi seguenti (vedi coordinate del Listing):
1. In circa 1,5 ore, e 300 metri di altitudine dalla Leiter Alm (prima si deve prendere la seggiovia da velloi verso la Leiter Alm)
2. In circa 2 ore, e 500 metri di altitudine da Velloi o
3. a circa 3,5 ore e 1100 metri di altitudine da Parcines

Al fine di garantire una buona organizzazione, il termine ultimo per la registrazione è il 30.06.2016.

L'iscrizione sarà confermata solo dopo di che il modulo alla assunzione personale di rischio è stato compilato e rispedito (vi sarà inviato più avanti).

Sarà certamente anche nel 2016 un sacco di divertimento e non vedo l'ora di vedervi. Il nostro hobby, il geocaching anche durante questi 3 giorni sara assolutamente messo in scena.Vorrei peró farvi vedere una parte del nostro campo di gioco, il Parco Naturale del Gruppo di Tessa.

From 15th-17th of July 2016 there will be held the 2nd edition of Partschinser Gun Event.

The basic idea is still the same as in the year 2015. The event is built up by story, nature and tradition. Furthermore, the focus is of course our hobby, the Geocaching. However, the contents and the location are completely different this year.

The event takes place at 1839 meters above sea level on Partschinser Sonnenberg around the shelter “Hochgang”. Here we are settled in the heart of our playing field, the nature! In these days your will find some existing but also new geocaches. You will meet various other cachers and of course you can exchange some TB / GC.

Here a rough insight into the planned event:

Friday, 15.07.2015:
- 5-6pm - Arrival, registration, setting up tents or rooms, general information about the event

then together:
- Common evening campfire, in which we can discuss our hobby and our experiences and excursions. There is also a traditional South Tyrolean meal, the "Schwarzplentenen Riebel ".

Saturday, 16.07.2015:
For hikers:
- 8:30am-4pm – common, guided hike to the famous and very popular Spronser lake plateau (highest point about 2650 meters altitude). Here you can find therefore very different caches. There are traditionals but also Mysterys and even an EC.

For the shelter friends:
- Different available games, excitement and fun. I'll make some special games, particari made for Geocachers (petling-throwing, etc.). In addition, there is a small Geocaching Flea Market, in which any exchange or sell there utensils.
- Children cooking course with Annelies

then together:
- Common evening campfire, in which we can discuss our hobby and our experiences and excursions. There is also a traditional South Tyrolean meal, the "Muas ".
- common campfire with a matching presentation to the “Meraner Höhenweg” and the “Naturpark Texel Group”, so that you even know where you are during this event and how you should note the nature during the geocaching.</

Sonntag, 17.07.2015:
For hikers:
- 5-9.30am – common sunrise hike to the “Hohe Wiege” with champagne breakfast on the “Meraner Höhenweg”. Of course, directly on the “Hohe Wiege” there will be a Cache to start the day well. On the way, you will find 1-2 other caches.

then together: Gossip, Travelbug exchange hour and we will continue our Fela Market for Geocaching utensils.

12am-1pm - farewell to the participants

Unlike the first event, the participant this time must arrange the catering and the accommodation itself (everything can be bought at the shelter, informations and prices can be requested from the owner).
It is already organized, that we can set up the tents directly next to the shelter (bring your own tent with this). The tents you do not have to bring them to the shelter. There is a goods lift of the shelter which will be used to bring the tents. Meeting point for this is 15^th of July 12am-1pm at the specified coordinates „Seilbahn Hochgang“ (N 46° 41.585 E 011° 05.035).

However, if you'd rather prefer a room at the shelter you can do a reservation via the Owner. In principle there are sufficiently shared room available (with more beds). Who however prefers a Single / Double-Room, these are limited, so please come back to me as soon as possible. (the price for a room and breakfast ist 34€/person)

The Board is also no problem, Hochgang has a very good traditional cuisine.

Every Geocacher in this 3 days receives a 10%-discount on both, board and rooms.

The participation in the event and especially the hikes happen at your own risk. It will be an accompany of an official hiking guide from the local tourist office or the Natural Park, yet everyone is responsible for his own actions.

The refuge you can reach as follows (starting coordinates among waypoints)

1. In about 1.5 hours, and 300 meters from the Leiter Alm (here you have to use the basket lift from Vellau to the Leiter Alm)
2. In about 2 hours, and 500 meters from Vellau or
3. in about 3.5 hours and 1100 meters above sea level of Partschins

In order to guarantee a good organization the closing date for registration is set on 30.06.2016.

Registration will only be confirmed after the form of the personal assumption of risk has been filled out and sent back to owner (this will be sent to you later).

It will certainly even in 2016 be a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to seeing you. Our hobby, geocaching should be the main focus of this event. I would like to show you a part of our playing field, namely the Texel Group Nature Park.
