Geocache Description:

Covering an area of some 230 hectares the woods are a prominent feature of the surrounding landscape and are an excellent example of forest management with areas of both coniferous plantation and broad-leaved woodland.

An easy 1 - 11/2 walk from the car park to the cache site

Stealth may be required as the site is used by walkers and dog owners

Cache placed with the kind permission of the Forestry Commission
