Well Leap day comes but once every 4 years so I take that as a sign that it should be considered a "Cheat" day when it comes to good tasting desserts! And what Better place then a classic in East Vancouver, Breka Cafe! I am planning on attending Katcogo's event at Granville Island where there will be some food between 6 and 7ish pm. Afterwards I will be heading to Breka for a bit of dessert and hopefully a fun conversation or 3 with some other Geocachers.
Event Time: 9:30pm-10:30pm
I know this is a bit on the later side, but I wanted to have an event for anyone that may not be able to make an earlier event in the day as there is a special Geocaching Souvenir for attending an event on this day. Also Dessert for those cachers who want to finish off the day with good sweets and good conversation. Breka is open 24 hours a day so we don't have to worry about them being closed.
Parking can be found on the North side of 49th behind the TD Bank where there is a sizable public parking lot.
