This mystery geocache is all about coordinates. Which is what geocaching is all about, right?

I once worked for a company that tested runway lighting, and ever since then I have had a fascination of how much work that goes into the everyday operations of a major international airport. I have seen a couple of these types of puzzle geocaches before, so I decided to create one of my own.
