Geocache Description:

About a 2km return walk along the edge of the Waimakariri River.

We parked at S43° 28.058 / E172° 18.978, which we approached via an unsealed road from the west. We then followed a 4WD track on foot that took us along to the Waimak flood bank. Cache is located at the start of the flood bank. The cache container is quite small, so any items you bring will need to be small - this will also make it quite hard to find.
