Geocache Description:

Hid this for my late brother in law, Tommy Cox, who was raised in Ira and around these parts.  He told us the story,

CONGRATS TO DOEDOE321 AND SARAH.JO.CEARLEY FOR FTF ON THIS ONE!

Charlie Jones had a ranch off of this creek.  He liked his spirits quite a bit and his story is that he was on horseback checking on his cows and a bobcat run in front of him and up the nearby tree.  He thought it was a good idea to rope the cat while the cat was sitting in that tree.  He swung that rope and got that cat while he was still sitting horseback in the saddle.  Might not have been a smart thing to do, but Charlie did it anyway.  All of a sudden there was not any room on the horse for him and that cat both so he got thrown off.  The horse took off with that cat on its back and he had to walk home.  When he got home his horse was there standing outside the corral waiting on him.....minus one cat and one good rope.  Camoed plastic container with room for some small swag.  BYOP.
