This is an area we love to hang out in the summer months camping with the family if you can handle Vault toilets... There is plenty of space and if the weather plays ball a tranquil relaxing time can be had, with good swimming, and interesting walking tracks....

Awhitu Park Link This is series of caches is designed to take you on a tour of this regional park. It will take a minimum of 1 hour walking but add more time for caching.... Hope you enjoy this park as do we. Keep an eye out for MUGGLES....
