[EN] In the last few years, I've been hiding a few caches around Puglia and even some further away, but I finally got around to hide one at this location. If I had a spare million euros laying around, I may buy this farmhouse, fix it up and turn it into a nice B&B. But as don't have this kind of money, the best thing I can do is hide a cache here and so more people will see this nice place. Of course, the building is run down and quite a few things are destroyed, but it's still easy to see how it has looked many years ago.
[IT] Negli ultimi anni ho nascosto alcuni cache in Puglia e anche più lontano, ma solo adesso sono riuscito a nasconderne uno qui. Se fossi milionario comprerei questa fattoria, la ristrutturerei e ne farei un bel B&B. Ma siccome non ho tutti questi soldi, il massimo che posso fare è nascondere un cache qui, in modo che più gente possa venire e vedere questo bel posto. Evidentemente, l'edificio è in stato di abbandono e parzialmente distrutto, ma è ancora facile immaginare com'era anni fa.
[EN] There are different ways to get to the cache and as the cache is a bit away from the paved road, you need to either drive on unpaved farm road, or better, take a nice walk. The easiest way is to approach the cache from the west, but it can also be done from the east.
To find the cache, you don't really need a GPS. It's hidden in the wall, next to the fire place in the south-west room on the ground floor. You can go up the stairs and have a look around, but that's not without risk, so I decided to hide the cache on the ground floor. To make it even easier, make sure to check the spoiler picture.
[IT] Ci sono vari modi per arrivare al cache e siccome il cache si trova un po' lontano dalla strada asfaltata, dovete o guidare su una strada sterrata, oppure, meglio ancora, fare una passeggiata. La modalità più semplice è di accedere dall'ovest, ma si può ugualmente accedere da est.
Il cache può essere trovato anche senza GPS. E' nascosto nel muro, accanto al camino nella stanza sud-ovest, a piano terra. Potete anche salire al piano superiore per guardare intorno, ma questo può comportare dei rischi, perciò ho deciso di nascondere il cache al piano terra. [EN] After, or before, finding the cache, I highly recommend to take walk through the forest that surrounds the house on 3 sides. It's partly overgrown olive trees, but also a number of other type of trees. As it's a small forest, it's a great place to play hide and seek with children as they can't really get lost.

[IT] Prima o dopo aver trovato il cache vi consiglio di fare una passeggiata nella foresta che circonda la fattoria da 3 lati. Ci sono alberi d'uliva ma anche altri tipi di alberi. Essendo una foresta piccola è un posto ideale per giocare a nascondino coi bambini, perché qui non si possono perdere.

[EN] After I noticed a number of fake log entries in some of my other caches, I decided to enforce a regular geocaching rule: Any log entry on the web without matching entry in the paper logbook will be deleted unless a good reason was provided.
