This cache is dedicated to the beloved Soviet city planning. I think I am not wrong to say that you will not find another place like this, where 3 such different things meet: a wonderful view, a cemetery and a garbage recycling center. It is a real city planning masterpiece, so come and take a look, and find a cache while you're at it!
