Celebrate Leap Day in St. Thomas.

Here's your chance to finally get your calendar filled or just come and meet some other geocachers.. If you miss this chance it will be 4 years before you get another. This event will also qualify you for the Leap Day souvenir that can only be attained by attending an event on Leap Day. Bring along some trackables to trade, too.
