He was brave. He was calm. He was courageous. He was a real hiking trooper and never complained once. And if it weren’t for him and his steadfastness, his hiking partner, Skotlee, probably wouldn’t have been able to find his way back to the correct trail to meet the rest of the group. ;-)

This cache is hidden in the approximate area where the mis-oriented Skotlee and pup finally turned around to head back to the main trail. While it looks like you can hike straight to the cache from the parking area, there is an actual trail that will lead you to this cache. But if you prefer bushwhacking and hiking up and down steep gulches, that is your choice. Be safe.
