This is hidden right next to the picturesque Iffley Lock, just across the river from Iffley Village. The cache is situated close to the Isis Pub, a lovely spot for a drink on a sunny afternoon (although they do have seasonal opening hours). If you have time, cross over the lock and have a wander around Iffley Village where there are various other caches. Also there are usually loads of geese hanging around the lock, so a good spot for feeding the birds.
I've put terrain as 2 because it is slightly off the main path, not at all tricky put probably not quite wheelchair accessible.
