KB14 CALL SIGNS Mystery Cache

This is my first armchair mystery so I'm not too sure if the D level is correct, time will tell!

Anyhow, this is a quick crypto (vignere) followed by some internet research and then substitution, but the hard thing to find is the theme. Once you decipher the morse code in the hint, use those letters to search on the internet together with the words "Ham radio" or "Amateur radio".

It's all about call signs!
