I thave spoke to BTP and they have said there is no problems with us having tables or space, however I need people to list a "WILL ATTEND" so I have some idea of numbers so I can inform BTP (BostonTea Part) this is so they can ensure that they have enough staff on shift.
Food is available but is not compulsory
