This cache is located just outside the entrance to Arthur R Marshall Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge. Near this location you can take a break from your GRIM series run and enjoy some real nature!Cacher note: be wary of wasps in Florida
The cache is not within park boundaries and you do NOT have to go inside to find this. The park itself is open daily from November to April- Monday through Friday 9:00 to 4:00 and Saturday/Sunday 8:00-4:30. Off season hours vary. there is a $5.00/ vehicle charge, or if you have one you can use your senior pass for federal parks to enter for free. This park is the northern remnants of the Everglades and can be a beautiful place, especially in the winter when the mosquitos are at a minimum. One more thing, this would be a great location for a photo to add to your log!
