Dear Old Saucepan Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ponka&thePonklets: I have decided that due to the size of the cache, the fact that it is hard to hide and re‐hide and the regular presence of muggle fishermen in close vicinity, alongside the high price of replacing the container, that it is time to archive this cache.

Geocache Description:

A short series of caches around Colwick Park based upon The Magic Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton. Some available to all and some for Premium members only.

Please hide as found in the ivy and cover well.

The paths around the park can get muddy after rain so wellies might be necessary. Please keep an eye on children near the water.

The children crept to the window and looked in. And inside they saw the strangest little man they had ever seen, dancing the strangest little dance! He had saucepans and kettles hung all over him, he wore a saucepan for a hat, and he crashed two saucepans together as he danced! 'Do you think he's dangerous?' said Joe, in a whisper.

(from the Magic Faraway Tree, by Enid Blyton)
