Beautiful walk along an old road and then a short bit of elevated trail will get you to this cache. Please do not attempt if you are not fond of heights.
The sound of barking sea lions will drift up to you as you head down this unique and quite magnificent spine trail. They filled the forest with the sound of laughter! Hence the name of this cache. Do not leave the trail to find this cache! when you get to the Trailhead look for white and blue twine or pink flagging that marks trail.
