This is a cache for any fellow romantic geocachers out there who have got someone special in their life, who they are very fond of and love going out geocacheing together!
I placed this cache the day before valentines day 2016, which was mine and my girlfriends first valentines day together so I wanted to do something special and thoughtful rather than just doing the classic flowers and chocolates. We had both heard of geocacheing before getting together but never actually had a go, we are now out at every opportunity cacheing, we love it! I thought what a nicer way to show how much she means to me and how much I love her than going out and placing a special cache just for her. When valentines day came I hadn't told her anything about the cache and subtly mentioned going for a walk; she was up for it, so off we went. Then as we reached near the location I dropped into the conversation 'I wonder if theres been any new geocaches round here, we haven't checked in a while?' Still unaware of what I had done, she got out her phone and clicked find nearby geocaches and there it was! She couldn't beleive it, she was smiling from ear to ear and off she went following the compass to find it! She went directly to it, and looked inside where she found a picture of us together and on the back I had written 'i love you so much pippa, will you be my valentine?'
