Culling's Well was one of only a few sources of water for people traveling by horseback, the Arizona--California Stagecoach Lines from Wickenburg, Arizona to Ehrenberg, Arizona or on foot in the 1800's. If you want to visit Culling's Well make sure you're using a vehicle that can drive in from hard sand to maybe loose sand depending on the conditions. Make sure you are carrying water as it's very hot in the summer and can flood during the summer monsoon rains without notice. We highly recommend using a GPS for your safety. Cullings Well coordinates... N33 54.604 W113 24.253 (See note) Cullings Well is located just off of Hwy 60 at mile marker 71.5 take the dirt road to Culling’s Well.
