Snakebite Scruggs is up to no good again! He has been using something to scare away all the fishermen from this here boat launch. You must make your way to ground zero and find shelter. Nearby (in the Southwest corner) you will find a metal plaque. From what they have gathered, there is a word that is vertical. This word is a clue to finding the hidden artifact that is scaring away all the tourist.

To get to the 2nd (the final)....

Count how many letters are on the metal plaque (just the vertical word) and substute it in to this formula to figure out where the gang needs to go:

• # - 1 = D
• # + 2 = F
• # + 1 = V
• # - 4 = S
