This is a series of 9 letterbox hybrid caches; eight are located at the Coolidge airport. The caches are easily accessible by vehicle and involve very short walks. These caches are intended to honor a favorite Disney cartoon character and to increase your access to letterbox hybrid caches.
Each letterbox contains a wooden stamp related to Disney's Minnie Mouse cartoon characters. There is NO STAMP PAD in the cache due to the Arizona heat; stamp owners must bring their own stamp pad. Please leave the original stamp in the letterbox. If you do not have a stamp to share, just sign the log book.
This letterbox hybrid honors our star - Minnie Mouse. She is noted for her fashionable bows and her dancing shoes.
Each letterbox hybrid originally contains some swag for our younger cachers. Please keep swag related to that theme.
PLEASE :
(1) Take the usual desert percautions and watch for things that sting, bite or poke.
(2) There is NO NEED to go into any of the restricted areas around the hangers and runway areas of the airport. All the caches are placed well away from these areas. Watch for and enjoy the local aircraft that use the airport.
