Geocache Description:

A quick PNG underneath I-85 for two reasons:

So route queries through ATL show a cache 0.0 off the route
To put a smiley in a void on Bullsboro

The cache is hidden on the south side of Bullsboro and there is NO NEED to go on the island between the traffic flows. GPS is bouncy because you are under the highway. Please park at the safe parking waypoint that is provided. Walk along the protected sidewalk and you will be within 6 inches of the cache! Please replace as found and muggles are everywhere!
