This is our second cache and we thought it appropriate to place next to our home where we might spot some wildlife-cachers popping by.

Growing up in the street behind this wood/quarrie, stories were handed down from the older kids to the younger ones about the old quarry and the fox who prowled the area. Late night scary stories were told and elaborated about the mean fox who would chase little children out of his den and its surrounding grounds. The stories were further corroborated by the various rustling and animal noise we heard behind from the fence.
Nowadays it's a lovely wee walk around Boghead Wood that was planted in 1992. Rich in horticulture and wildlife. Cache is located off the main path.
Paths are accessible around the wood with the last few yards off the beaten track. We placed our first ever trackable to start it's journey of adventures.
