The posted coordinates lead to an engraved bronze plaque erected in honor of the park's namesake, who also happened to serve the first councilman from ward one of Warwick. On the plaque you will find one date; assume this date to be ABCD when using the below formula to determine the location of the final cache container:

Once you have the final coordinates, you're looking for a small clear tube. Hopefully you didn't have any trouble, and the purpose was to draw attention to the bronze plaque which did have some history to it.
