A nice hike around and above the Balfour - Klickitat Trail
After perusing the Troll DNA Database we have determined that this poor unfortunate creature was a troll named Glindula. She was quite pleasant as far as trolls go but just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. It appears she was trying to escape up this old road but didn't make it. To get to the site of her demise go up Old Highway 8/Canyon Road on the west side of the bridge across the Klickitat River by Lyle, Washington. Go around the bend and turn into Balfour - Klickitat Trailhead. Follow the path to the left/east. After a ways the path will split and there is also a sign that says "Wildlife Viewing Area" and an old road heading up the hill to the left. Follow it up and around to the cache site. Cache is medium sized lock and lock full of goodies and an unactivated geocoin for FTF.
