Kid Adventures 1...Eagle Eye Traditional Cache

For this geocache you will be hiking a graveled trail through the woods. The area is family and pet (leashed) friendly.

The Kid Adventure Series is designed for cachers both big and small. The caches will hopefully unlock hidden secrets in the community that are fun for families. For this cache you will be traveling down a winding country road through Carroll County that follows the old canal. Starting at one of the many trailheads, you will park and then walk the graveled trail to your final location. Watch out for fishing and camping muggles. The cache itself is a camoflaged jar, about the size of a peanut butter jar. It is filled with many goodies. Once you are done, and there are a few more caches in the area, be sure to look across the river at the bald eagles. They like to sit in the trees near the bridge. The best time to see them seems to be between 10 and 11 am. Happy Hunting Cachers!
